At Stone By Design Inc. (SBD), safety is a priority in every aspect of our work. We are committed to protecting our employees, customers, and project partners through safe fabrication, material handling, and installation practices.
Some stone and engineered-stone materials may contain crystalline silica. Cutting, grinding, drilling, or polishing these materials can create respirable dust. SBD uses appropriate dust-control methods, including wet fabrication techniques, proper ventilation, and personal protective equipment when required.
Our employees are trained to follow applicable OSHA requirements, manufacturer recommendations, and SBD safety procedures.
